Child Safety Policy for Realtime Social

Our Commitment

BigDog Technology LTD is committed to the safety of all users on Realtime Social. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct that exploits or endangers children.

Prohibited Content

Realtime Social strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Content that promotes or glorifies child exploitation
• Attempts to solicit minors or facilitate contact with minors for inappropriate purposes
• Sharing or distributing known CSAM
• Any content that endangers the safety or wellbeing of children

Enforcement

Violations of this policy result in immediate action:

• Immediate removal of violating content
• Permanent termination of the violating user's account
• Preservation of evidence and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
• Cooperation with law enforcement authorities as required by law

We do not provide warnings or second chances for violations of this policy. Any user found to have violated these standards will be permanently banned from Realtime Social.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

• In-app: Use the report feature available on posts and user profiles
• Email: Contact us at hello@realtimeapp.net with the subject line "Child Safety Report"

We review all child safety reports with the highest priority and take immediate action when violations are confirmed.

Age Requirement

Realtime Social is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our platform. Users must confirm they meet this age requirement when creating an account.

Legal Compliance

BigDog Technology LTD complies with all applicable child safety laws, including reporting requirements under UK law and international regulations. We work with law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC to combat child exploitation.
