End User License Agreement (EULA) for Realtime Social

Effective Date: September 26, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and BigDog Technology LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the Realtime Social mobile application ("App" or "Software"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Grant of License

1.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your compatible mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

1.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or use the App

2. Acceptable Use and Content Policies

2.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or is otherwise inappropriate
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violates privacy rights of others, including posting private information without consent
• Is spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Encourages self-harm or suicide
• Contains false or misleading information

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Collect or harvest user information without permission
• Use the App to facilitate illegal activities
• Abuse the reporting system by submitting false reports

3. Content Moderation and Enforcement

3.1 Content Review

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, and remove any content at any time without prior notice. We use both automated systems and human review to detect and address violations of this EULA and our community standards.

3.2 Reporting Mechanism

Users can report inappropriate content or abusive behavior through our in-app reporting system. We commit to reviewing all reports within 24 hours and taking appropriate action when violations are confirmed.

3.3 Enforcement Actions

Violations of this EULA may result in:

• Content removal or hiding
• Warning notifications
• Temporary account restrictions or suspensions
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement when legally required

4. User Safety and Protection

4.1 Safety Features

The App includes safety features designed to protect users:

• Block and report functionality for problematic users
• Content filtering and moderation systems
• Privacy controls for location and media sharing
• Secure friend request system requiring manual approval

4.2 Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. We do not knowingly collect information from or allow registration by users under 18. If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, functionality, code, graphics, and all related intellectual property, is owned by BigDog Technology LTD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content License

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the App. However, by uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing App functionality to you and your approved friends.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to this EULA, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this license at any time by deleting the App from your device and discontinuing use of our services.

7.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate this EULA, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our users or services.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately, and you must cease all use and delete the App from your devices. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and this EULA at any time. Material changes to this EULA will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigDog Technology LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BigDog Technology LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of this EULA
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload or share through the App

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

14. Export Control

The App may be subject to export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and will not export or re-export the App to prohibited destinations.

15. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the original intent.

16. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and BigDog Technology LTD regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
