If you register or claim a venue on Realtime Social, we collect business information including the venue name, address, category, and the name and contact details of the person managing the venue profile. This information is collected in your capacity as a business representative and is treated as business contact data. It may be used differently from personal consumer data as described in this policy, including being shared with selected commercial partners as set out in Section 9 below.

3.2 Location Data

We collect your current geographical location using your device's GPS functionality. This data is used solely to enable location-sharing features within the App.

• Only your last recorded location is retained on our servers.
• This data is only visible to friends you have manually added within the App.

3.3 Media Content

You may choose to upload photos and videos via the App. These files are stored temporarily to support sharing between friends.

• Media is stored for a maximum of 7 days before automatic deletion from our servers.
• Only your manually added friends can view this content.

3.4 Account and Usage Information

We collect basic account information, such as your username, email address, and a record of your interactions with the App (e.g., media uploads, friend connections).

4. How We Use Your Data

• To enable you to share media and location updates with your friends
• To enhance your user experience with real-time features
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use of the App

5. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services:

• Location: Only the last recorded location is stored. Older locations are overwritten.
• Media: Photos and videos are automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Account Data: Retained until your account is deleted or you request data removal.

9.2 Venue and Business Contact Data

If you register or claim a venue on Realtime Social, basic venue information (venue name, address, and category) and your business contact details (name, job title, and business contact information) may be shared with selected commercial partners for the purpose of relevant business-to-business opportunities, such as supplier introductions and partnership enquiries.

This sharing is conducted under our legitimate interests as a platform connecting hospitality venues with relevant commercial opportunities. We will only share your business contact details with partners who have entered into a formal data sharing agreement with us, governing how they may use and protect your information.

You can opt out of B2B data sharing at any time through your venue settings in the app. Opting out will not affect your venue's visibility on the platform or any other functionality.

10. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure storage systems. However, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your own account credentials.

11. Children's Privacy

Realtime Social is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such data being collected, we will promptly delete it.
